WHO WE ARE:

We are a group of 175 business people who pay $150 yearly to be able to reach our objectives to promote, develop, publicize and improve the region served. We consolidate our finances to reach a larger area and to increase tourism.

WHAT WE DO:

We maintain an office at the Route 3 Rest Area two miles above Colebrook with 24/7 telephone service, electronic mail and walk-in area information. We publish newsletters and bulletins to keep our members informed. Social activities include dinner meetings and business-after-hours events

MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION:

Our marketing ventures include a full-color brochure of the area, a Business Directory printed each spring and a comprehensive Web site. The Chamber organizes the Annual North Country Moose Festival, Fishing Derby and Co-ed Lob Tournament. These events draw thousands of people to the area. DIRECTORS:

The Director Body consists of ten members elected for a term of one year. They meet monthly to make decisions concerning the day-to-day operation, disburse payments for operating expenses, organize events, approve new members and establish dues.
